System maintenance is dedicated to the infrastructure of the CrashPlan cloud. Updates to CrashPlan cloud hardware, networking, and operating system patches are examples of system maintenance.
System maintenance with potential to cause service interruption greater than 15 minutes is scheduled for this Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. US Central Time (CT). While some users may experience limited functionality with accessing our websites for a short period, US2 enterprise customers who remain using the https://wwww.crashplan.com general website URL for US2 Cloud integrations (ex. custom API calls, custom deployments, etc...) or access (ex. /login, /console, SSO, SCIM, etc...) will experience intermittent and then ongoing issues which will require changing to the approved Cloud base URL of https://console.us2.crashplan.com.
US2 Small Business customers who remain using the https://wwww.crashplanpro.com general website URL for US2 Cloud access (ex. /login, /console) will experience intermittent and then ongoing issues which will require changing to the approved Cloud base URL of https://console.us2.crashplanpro.com.
