System maintenance is dedicated to the infrastructure of the CrashPlan cloud. Updates to CrashPlan cloud hardware, networking, and operating system patches are examples of system maintenance.
CrashPlan will be performing weekend system maintenance this Saturday and Sunday beginning at 9 AM Central Time each day with a daily duration of approximately 90 minutes. During that window, backup and restore services may be unavailable for some customers in our US West destination. CrashPlan customers outside of the US West destination will see no impact.
